The Gugl name, app names, software, design, and other material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of them.
Availability
We work to keep our services useful and available, but they are provided as available and may change, be suspended, or end. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gugl will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or apps.
